The IPM is excited to announce its partnership with Mando-Connect to host ‘Loyalty Dynamics: The Future of UK Loyalty’ workshop on 3rd March 2020, at Sea Containers House in London.
The unique 2-hour masterclass will cover the latest developments, challenges and opportunities arising in loyalty in 2020.
The workshop will present actionable insight into Brit’s attitudes towards loyalty programmes and a presentation on what we can learn from behavioural science by Ogilvy’s expert, Sam Tatum.
This event will also feature an exciting panel of speakers hosted by Annich McIntosh of Loyalty Magazine Group, including:
- Rob Chandler, Head of Customer Loyalty at Sky
- Paul Lodwidge, Head of Rewards and Hive at British Gas
- Camilla Cooper, Loyalty Partnerships Manager at VeryMe Rewards from Vodafone
Those attending the event will have exclusive first access to Mando-Connect and YouGov’s new 2020 White Paper on ‘What the British want from loyalty programmes 2.0?’ which will give invaluable insight into Brits thoughts on loyalty, what they think, feel and want, what matters and what’s changing
Charlie Hills, MD & Head of Strategy for Mando-Connect, Author of ‘What the Brits Think of Loyalty Programmes 2.0’, says: “We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with the IPM to host Loyalty Dynamics, the IPM’s first loyalty specialist event. Loyalty is such a hot topic; our research with YouGov reveals some great new insights – who engages and who doesn’t, what Brits think is really important in programmes now, what they want and what’s changing. We are really looking forward to a brilliant masterclass with the best of the best in loyalty too. It should be a fantastic afternoon, packed with actionable insight to help loyalty marketers develop and implement effective strategies.”
Andrew Rae, Managing Director of the IPM, says: “It’s an absolute pleasure to be working with Mando-Connect on this Loyalty Workshop. The pinpoint relevance of the content and the sheer quality of the panellists are a clear reflection of the absolute importance of this type of activity. The topics for discussion that will be raised and discussed beautifully mirror the content that the IPM: Incentive, Prize & Loyalty Community are taking to task in their sessions. The issues debated here can support, inform and progress the subject matter of the IPL Community, demonstrating a tangible benefit for all involved.”
