Rae’s appointment as Managing Director is announced as Paul Cope steps down after two years in the role. Cope will be taking on a new direction and leaves the organisation in early March. Andrew Rae, comments: “Having been involved with the IPM in varying guises for my entire career, I have seen first-hand its absolute benefit and relevance. It’s a huge compliment to be given the opportunity to support the IPM and its team in a landscape where the very way we talk about promotional marketing is constantly evolving. Through our Communities offering, we are giving our members the opportunity to not only address, with their peers, the issues facing the industry but also shape the very business they inhabit. It’s a truly exciting time to be involved with the IPM and I’m tremendously excited to get to work.”
