On 3rd September Epson launched the EcoTank Pop-up, a unique combination of retail experience and co-working space, in London’s Covent Garden. Visitors to the pop-up, which will remain open throughout September and October, will be able to try out (and buy) printers from Epson’s ground-breaking EcoTank range.

The EcoTank Pop-up doubles as a co-working space for freelancers, bloggers and other remote workers. Members of this group, which is rapidly expanding in the UK, can expect a collaborative and creative working space with free secure Wi-Fi, access to a kitchen for refreshments and, of course, unlimited printing.

Epson will also be running a series of daily, expert-led workshops at the pop-up, specifically for freelancers, bloggers, self-employed people, small and medium sized businesses, students and families. These will cover a wide range of useful subjects, from invoicing, branding and GDPR to family crafts.

Annika Fagerstrom, Head of Consumer products at Epson UK is looking forward to seeing the EcoTank Pop-up launched. “We hope that members of the public will come along and enjoy this experience, and take full advantage of the collaborative working benefits on offer. It’s a great opportunity for people to meet their peers in a relaxed and comfortable environment, and of course try out our EcoTank printers and be in with a chance to win one if they take part in our competition.”

EcoTank printers are distinctive for their ultra-high-capacity ink tank system, which completely removes the need for cartridges and provides hassle-free, low cost printing for businesses and homes. EcoTank printers can hold the equivalent of 94 cartridges worth of ink, saving users up to 90% on their ink costs.
