A landmark partnership between Dine and, telecoms giant, Three UK is set to drive footfall for operators. Dine, the UK’s fastest-growing marketing platform for hospitality, will be available on Three’s reward app, Wuntu, from January 2019.

The deal gives operators listed with Dine access to two-million potential new diners per month, an unprecedented opportunity to attract more customers – particularly in the lucrative millennial age bracket which makes up 48% of the platform’s users. The Three deal comes off the back of a successful partnership with GoCompare.com, which has seen Dine heavily advertised on TV in recent months.

Since launching a year ago, Wuntu has achieved two million downloads and now sees 1.2 million active users a month taking advantage of the rewards it offers. Customers can use the app to view selected content, tailored to their preferences, and receive perks across eating out, holidays, gifts and experiences.

The Wuntu platform centres its offer on providing smart, location-based incentives with operators close to the user, to drive even more interest. Dine also offers ‘Wow’ and ‘Surprise & Delight’ exclusive and unbeatable short-term promotions, agreed in advance with its partner operators, to drive Three’s customers to restaurant locations. This approach already drives thousands of redemptions a day for brands including Bella Italia and Café Rouge.

For Wuntu, Dine is a welcome addition to the platform, helping to craft customer rewards that are meaningful to the user and ensure high take-up.

Andy Huggins, CEO and Founder of Dine, said: “We’re so proud to be able to offer this opportunity to our restaurant partners. Dine is designed to complement their existing marketing strategy, with a focus on filling tables at quieter times and attracting new customers to achieve a site’s full turnover potential.”

Dine is the fastest growing UK dining club, available via an app and physical card. Launched in 2017, Dine works with more than 4,500 restaurants across the UK, with more than 80% being local or independent sites. Dine’s restaurants are rated 4* or above on TripAdvisor to maintain the platform’s reputation as a hub for the highest quality dining offers.
