Creative agency ELVIS has promoted David Whitehouse from the position of Business Director to the newly created role of Client Services Director.

He will now oversee client services at ELVIS and take on leadership of the 20-strong client services team. One of his main objectives will be to help meet ELVIS’ ambition of becoming the first UK agency to achieve a 9+ client satisfaction score through The Client Relationship Consultancy, which works with independent agencies and every major holding company in the world. ELVIS has consistently exceeded the consultancy’s benchmark, with an average score of 8.11 over the last eight years.

Whitehouse joined ELVIS as a graduate trainee in 2010, and he has since led many of the agency’s most successful client work, including the multiple award-winning Cadbury Premier League initiative, which has achieved year-on-year growth in ROI.

The move, which follows Caroline Davison’s promotion from Managing Partner to the dual role of Managing Director and Sustainability Lead in December 2020, is part of ELVIS’ ongoing efforts to invest in its people and support homegrown talent.

The news comes hot on the heels of ELVIS achieving IPA CPD Platinum Accreditation, in recognition of sustained CPD excellence.
